Supervisors Training
This one and a half day program is specifically designed for military personnel in leadership positions.  Topics include Mental Fitness 101, Mental Injuries & Stigma: Beliefs and Attitudes, Mental Fitness Exercises, Suicide Awareness, ACE Model and Mental Fitness & Leadership.  This workshop has a MITE code which will be added to personnel’s MPRR upon successful completion.    

General Training
This one day program is open to all military personnel, defence team employees and family members of CAF Personnel.  Similar to the supervisors’ training, topics will include Mental Fitness 101, Mental Injuries & Stigma: Beliefs and Attitudes, Mental Fitness Exercises, Suicide Awareness and ACE Model.
