Stress: Take Charge (STC)
Think stress is all in your head? Think again!
This course will help build personal stress management skills that improve health and well-being. It is a self-directed approach to stress management through self-awareness, behavioural change and skill building. Participants will identify strategies that they already use and will learn and implement new strategies to manage their stress.
