Top Fuel for Top Performance (TFTP) will provide participants with current information on fueling the body for optimal performance. This interactive workshop encourages participants to assess their current eating habits and covers nutrition 101, fine tuning eating, fueling before, during and after training and body composition and sport supplements. Whether you are training for an event or you just want to fuel your body for PT, this workshop is for you!
