This program will provide participants with information about healthy physical activity, healthy eating and healthy body weights. The world of nutrition can be overwhelming and confusing. Our program covers a variety of topics to set you up for success, whatever your goals are! Menu planning, goal setting and moving more are key strategies utilized in the course.
