Seminars are generally ½ hour theory and 1 hour practical
Running the Right Way - Focus on running form and technique and how to prepare your body for a run.
Warm-Up & Cool Down - Focus on preparing your body for your workout and bringing it back down after your workout, and incorporating safe stretching.
FORCE Evaluator - Become a Force Evaluator for your unit eight hour course. You must be minimum rank of Corporal with no injuries and successfully passed your annual PT test.
