Exercise in the morning before your brain figures out what you're doing.

Getting fit takes a commitment! Let us help you achieve your fitness goals; join our Community Recreation Fitness instructors three times a week. These programs will run a month at a time on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at the South Side Community Centre gymnasium. Classes will emphasize a variety of training throughout the month. Classes are open to all fitness levels with progressions and modifications given for each class. To see fitness benefits you need to continue a program for 4-6 weeks so exercise with us in morning before your day gets in the way! Doors open at 5:50 am

Bring clean indoor workout shoes. A towel and water bottle are recommended.
