Exercise in the morning before your brain figures out what you're doing.

Getting fit takes a commitment! Let us help you achieve your fitness goals; join our Community Recreation Fitness instructors two times a week for in person and virtual sessions. These programs will run every Tuesday and Thursday for 4 weeks. Classes will emphasize a variety of training throughout the month. Classes are open to all fitness levels with progressions and modifications given for each class. 

Tuesdays & Thursdays | 6:00 - 6:45 am | 7 to 30 September

PSP Plan $20 / NON PSP Plan $50 for the 4-week session
$50 deposit required for rental equipment for virtual participants. 

Registered participants for in person sessions will receive an email with more details with regards to entering the building and a COVID-19 screening link that will need to be completed before each class. Registered participants for virtual sessions will receive an email with a Zoom link. 
If you are planning to attend virtually, please register in the virtual Commit to Fit session.
