These classes require pre-registration ONLINE, at the Rec Plex or at the South Side Community Centre. A CAC membership gives discounted rates for those with fees. Check specific days/times and availability at online.psppetawawa.com

BARRE-SPIN FUSION
The best of both worlds for your legs! A low impact cardio HIIT workout on the spin bikes to get your heart rate up followed by a strength and endurance session of barre movements using your bike as your Barre!

BARRE 
This course uses bender balls and glider discs to ensure you get a great legs, butt and core workout. Participants will use the barre to work posture and balance. Fusing the best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do, certified with Barre Above®, the instructor delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your legs and improve your fitness.
