TRX Training Series

This four part training series will familiarize participants with TRX suspension training as well as a specific fitness focus. TRX workouts develop endurance strength by means of functional moves and dynamic positions, not just standing, sitting or lying as with the traditional isolated exercises. It offers a range of intense moves that work the abdominal muscles, back, shoulder, chest and leg muscles. TRX training is constantly working the whole body. The intensity of each exercise can be modified by selecting stance, choosing body angles and workout procedure. The TRX Training series will build your cardio endurance, strength, core stability and flexibility.


TRX and CORE TRAINING
This course will provide a full body TRX workout with an extra focus on core strength and endurance. Core muscles will be challenged both with and without the TRX during this four week progressive course providing you with more control and overall stability.

TRX and KETTLEBELL TRAINING
This course will continue to utilize full body suspension training with the addition of kettlebell exercises to give you an overall workout. TRX Suspension training utilizes your body weight and gravity to create a challenging workout! Learn the techniques of foundational kettlebell exercises that will complement a TRX body weight workout during this four week progressive course.

TRX and FLEXIBILITY TRAINING
This course will continue to utilize full body suspension training with the addition of the often overlooked flexibility component of workouts. Learn how the TRX can utilize your body weight and gravity to help increase mobility and range of motion around your joints. The first half of the class will focus on a full body workout utilizing exercises both on and off the TRX. The last half of the class will focus on flexibility exercises and the addition of the TRX to use gravity to assist in the stretch.

TRX and HIIT TRAINING
This course will provide a full body workout and add in highly effective HIIT exercises both on and off the TRX suspension system. HIIT training done properly will provide a great cardio workout in less time than typical workouts. By adding in body weight TRX exercises, participants will have a great calorie burn, while building their cardio and muscular strength.
