Mondays and Wednesdays | 0600-0800hrs | Army Fitness Centre Gymnastics Area
Try mixing up your workout routine with this intense gymnastic based training program. Over the course of eight weeks you will be introduced to the different apparatuses accessed in the artistic gymnastic program and how to use them to maximize your fitness potential. This course has been designed to mimic a professional gymnast physical training program. We will focus on flexibility, strength, endurance, coordination along with progressive skill development and performance sequences. This full body workout will leave you sore, but wanting more! No gymnastics experience required for registration.
Sundays | 1930-2100hrs | Army Fitness Centre Gymnastics Area
The adult recreational gymnastics program is a fun fitness option for those looking to either learn some new skills or for those looking to maintain skills they already have. This is a punch card program in which each punch card has ten lessons available. All punch cards are valid from September 2017 - June 2018.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 2030-2130hrs | Army Fitness Centre Gymnastics Area
Try out PGC's new Adult Trampoline program and reach new physical fitness heights. This course is designed to work with individuals of different skill levels on the many different skills and drills assosicated with the sport of trampoline. No matter what your experience or training this high energy program is a flipping fun alternative to include in your weekly workout. Jumping isn't just for kids!
