Teen Weight Training

The cardio course is a prerequisite to the Teen Weight Training Course. The cardio portion can be done anytime at Dundonald Hall by a Gym Supervisor if time allots. Once the cardio portion is completed, written documentation must go to the Rec Plex to have the changes made to the CAC membership.
