CANPOWERSKATE (AGES 7-12)
Youth Sports 2018 Fall Programs
CanPowerSkate is an action-packed, high energy instructional power skating program geared to hockey and ringette skaters that focuses on balance, power, agility, speed and endurance. Skills, techniques and conditioning drills are taught in a progressive format that emphasizes how the skills apply to game situations. CanPowerSkate provides an alternative to figure skating and is an excellent complement for those athletes playing on hockey or ringette teams. Its unique skill award program provides incentives and motivation for skaters to continue to achieve.

RUGBY CLINIC (AGES 11-15)
Focus on the fundamentals of rugby, general conditioning, scrimmage play and introduction to tackling. All skill levels and experience welcome.

Learn basic basketball fundamentals from our coaches while shooting on a Jr. size basketball net!
JR. NBA BASKETBALL (AGES 5-6)

STEVE NASH YOUTH BASKETBALL (AGES 7-14)
A 10 week program designed to develop and enhance basketball skills with the use of drills, progressions and game play.
Juniors ages 7-10

VOLLEYBALL CLINIC (AGES 9-13)
Players will focus on the basic volleyball skills in a fun environment. Volleyball is a non-contact sport that teaches team work and communication. All skill levels welcome.
