JR. NBA BASKETBALL (AGES 5-14)
Learn basic basketball fundamental movement patterns of the sport of basketball such as dribbling, ball handling, shooting and game play. With a focus on good sportsmanship and teamwork, this program is designed to maximize particiant play time and fun!

This is an eight week program that will allow your child to try out and play a combination of field and court sports. Each class the instructor will provide participants with an introduction and basic skill building for a new sport. The sports that will be explored include but are not limited to basketball, volleyball, football, soccer, badminton, ultimate frisbee and floor hockey.

VOLLEYBALL (Ages 8-14)
The volleyball program is a great beginner program for children interested in the sport of volleyball. Learn the basics fundamental movement patterns of the sport such as bumping, spiking, setting, serving and game play in an eight week program. With a focus on good sportsmanship and teamwork, this program is designed to maximize participant play time and fun!

CANPower Skate is an action-packed, high energy instructional power skating program geared to hockey and ringette skaters that focuses on balance, power, agility, speed and endurance. Skills, techniques and conditioning drills are taught in a progressive format that emphasizes how the skills apply to game situations. CANPower Skate provides an alternative to figure skating and is an excellent complement for those athletes playing on hockey or ringette teams. Its unique skill award program provides incentives and motivation for skaters to continue to achieve.

Cheerleading is a program that combines both gymnastics and dance. Athletes will tumble, dance, jump, cheer and stack! Participants will learn to cheer, perform routines, and learn the techniques of showmanship that will enhance great leadership and team spirit.

Does your youth compete in sports recreationally or competitively? Are they looking to increase their performance, endurance or flexibility? If so come out and try our Youth Fitness program. This session is a well rounded approach to general physical fitness with an emphasis on healthy lifestyle choices and active living. Through a combination of flexibilty, strength and endurance exercises, we provide a full body program designed to maximize your youth's physical performance no matter what their chosen sport is.
YOUTH FITNESS (AGES 8-15 YRS)

This Football clinic will work with your child to get them comfortable with ball handling, passing, catching, safe contact and game play. This is a dry land training program meant to increase general game knowledge, speed, agility, skill and encourage interested in the sport of football.
