Kodokan Judo is unique martial arts experience that has something to offer for all ages and skills levels. As a sport that has evolved from a fighting art, it is designed to develop an individual’s complete mind and body control, with an emphasis on balance and fast reflexive actions. In order to achieve Waza which is the "Maximum Efficient Use of Mind and Body".
Students will be educated in the positive mental principles and values of the sport of Judo; honor, respect, courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-confidence and loyalty. These fundamental values help scope all aspects of the Judo teachings and are integrated into our general program design.
Our Certified Instructors teach effective Judo techniques while making each class challenging, technical and fun.
