Concerns and Complaints

The PMFRC staff and Board of Directors are committed to working together to resolve any issues or concerns brought to our attention.  Any member of the community who considers that they have any cause for complaint may initiate a complaint and seek resolution.

Each complaint will be reviewed by the Executive Director; in a case where the Executive Director is the subject of the complaint, the complaint will be brought to the attention of the PMFRC Board Chair.

Your complaint / concern can be sent to the program supervisor, or directly to the Executive Director (Executive Director - PMFRC, 10-16 Regalbuto Ave, Petawawa ON, K8H 1L3).  Please mark the envelope Personal and Confidential.
