Managing Angry Moments

Mental Fitness & Suicide Awareness

Date: 14 June

A workshop that prepares personnel who are in leadership positions to promote mental fitness and to lessen the incidence of mental health injuries including deliberate self-harm and suicide within the military community. This one-day course has a MITE code.
