Counselling services for children & youth

Our Family/Child and Youth Counsellors offers crisis intervention and short term emotional support for young individuals, couples and families.

We provide children and youth with a safe place to explore feelings, be validated, and be better equipped to manage themselves, their relationships, and daily tasks. This is achieved with a differential way of responding, by promoting a flexible, culturally sensitive, and supportive intervention, focused directly on topics such as:
  • Deployment
  • Behavioural Difficulties
  • Low Self-Esteem
  • Anger Management Problems
  • Feelings of Isolation,
  • Grief and Loss
  • Relationships
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Stress Management
Our services include counselling in schools, in office or in your own community as well as individual, group and family counselling.

Services are not limited to children and youth, the same services are available to adult & family clients as well.
