Prevention, Support and Intervention services recognize that Military families have strengths and skills that assist them through challenging times. 
 
The PSI Coordinator is a Canadian Certified Counsellor and offers short-term counselling. Jenna Kean, our PSI has a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counselling and is passionate about supporting those experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, ODD, and PTSD. She works with children over the age of 6, youth, adults, and couples.  She is also able to help families with short term crisis support and referrals to community resources.  All requests are treated with respect and maintain a high level of confidentiality.       

Our PSI Coordinator can also assist your family with work related separation, parenting assistance, relationship and marital issues, separation and divorce, grief and loss, self-esteem, stress management, financial concerns, as well as much more. 

Available Services:
  • Short Term counselling for individuals and families
  • Referrals to professional and community resources
  • Support Groups
  • Workshops & Seminars (on such topics as Parenting, Special Needs, Youth, & Stress Management)
  • Emergency and Respite Childcare
  • Resource Library
Jenna has walk-in hours every Thursday from 1pm-4pm or you can call or email to book an appointment.
