Fit for Health

Welcome to the Fit for Health component of the LEP. All members of the local Defence team are welcome and encouraged to take part.

Come move with us for 30 minutes during one of two weekly exercise classes on the schedule below (aerobic pace will be light, no experience or skill required). No registration is required (though it is available upon request). If you have done most of the classes during one month's time, email jeremy.peressini@forces.gc.ca in order to claim a reward.

Schedule of Monday classes, taking place at the Recreation Centre, 0730-0800 hrs:

January: 13, 20, 27
February: 3, 10. 17, 24
March: 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
April: 6, 20, 27
May: 4, 11, 25
June: 1, 8, 15, 22, 29

Schedule of Thursday classes, taking place at the Base Training Centre, 1215-1245 hrs:

January: 16, 23
February: 6, 13, 20, 27
March: 5, 12, 19, 26
April: 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
May: 7, 14, 21, 28
June: 4, 11, 18, 25.
