Life Extension Programme 2019-2020

The Life Extension Programme (LEP) is a local initiative that provides our local Defence team with opportunities to be healthy and well.

For the upcoming year, our focus areas will be the four components of physical health and fitness identified by the Commander of the Canadian Army (Physical Fitness, Nutrition, Sleep, and Injury Prevention) as well as the four Pillars of Health Promotion (Social Wellness, Active Living and Injury Prevention, Nutritional Wellness, and Addictions Awareness and Prevention).
