There’s a lot of uncertainty but Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services wants you and your family to feel empowered. We’ve put together a wide range of virtual mental health supports. The virtual services include counselling, webinars and meditation apps to help you lower your stress and anxiety levels.

The counsellors at Family Information Line understand your military lifestyle. We have resources and we want to support you. Our help is always free. 
We’re here for you 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. When it’s tough and you just need to talk it out, we listen. We’re also here to help you find answers to the questions that come up as a result of your military life.

Domestic and intimate partner violence can increase during a crisis. Regardless of the situation, violence and abuse are never acceptable. Check out our Healthy relationships tip sheets for additional information.

Headspace: Popular app with many mindfulness sessions on topics of: relationships; self-love; managing anxiety and stress reduction; goal setting
MoodKit: MoodKit uses the foundation of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and provides users with over 200 different mood improvement activities
Mood mission: Rated best app for depression, give “missions” you must do to improve your mood. Rate your mood before and after and this helps tailor the next day’s mission
