Individual Physical Training (PT)

PSP Staff are available to assist with members who are recovering from injury (direction from MIR required), looking to lose weight and/or achieve a healthy body composition, improve their performance to sport or competition and most importantly achieve operational readiness in preparation for operations, evercises, pre-selection tests, courses and FORCE tests.
