The Family Liaison Officer (FLO) is a mental health professional that acts as a liaison between the Integrated Personnel Support Centre and the Toronto MFRC. The FLO is here to provide supportive services to the families of Ill or Injured Canadian Forces members (Regular and Reserve Force), Families of the Fallen, as well as former services members and their families up to 2 years post release.
Prevention, Support, and Intervention Coordinator (Michael MacDonald)
The Prevention, Support, and Intervention (PSI) Coordinator is a Mental Health clinician who provides individual, family, and group support services to families in the CAF community, assisting them deal with challenging situations in their lives. In addition to providing supportive counselling, the PSI Coordinator works in collaboration with other MFRC staff and community partners to offer a wide range of support services for all military families.
