Walking 150 for Canada!

The Trenton Health Promotion Team challenges you to walk 150.

Health Canada suggests aiming to achieve 10,000 steps a day
If you walk 7,000 steps in one day that is is actually 5km.
If you achieve your 7000 steps per day for 30 days you will have walked 150km!

Let's do this in the month of July to celebrate Canada 150 in a active healthy way!

You can use your own step counter or borrow one of ours. 
If you would like to borrow a pedometer, please indicate so in your registration.
