The Respect in the CAF (RitCAF) is an interactive curriculum intended to promote respect in the CAF through awareness and understanding, to empower CAF members to take a stand against sexual misconduct and to support victims. This workshop is designed to foster a sustained change in attitudes and behaviours in order to build a respectful climate and culture within the CAF.

Workshops will be offered monthly. This workshop also has a HRMS code which will be added to personnel’s file upon successful completion.
Note that participants are invited to download the Respect in the CAF App (http://www.forces.gc.ca/en/caf-community-support-services/download-respect-caf.page) prior to the start of the course.
- Location and Timing(s): The course is scheduled from 0830 to 1600 at 177 Hercules Avenue, Bldg 119 (just south of the east end parking of MIR) in the PSP HQ Conference Room.or Baker Island Training will finish at 1600hrs. 100% attendance is required for certificate.
- Dress: Business casual, civilian attire. Baseball caps are not permitted during the course. We are located in an older building so we strongly recommend you layer your clothing to ensure your comfort.
- Administration: If you require French material, please request in advance. There is a lunch area in which to relax and eat, as well as a fridge and microwave to use. There are no vending options or water fountains onsite.
