Stress: Take Charge! (STC) offers a skill based and effective approach to managing stress
Stress: Take Charge is a stress management program designed and tested specifically for the Canadian Armed Forces as part of Strengthening the Forces, to improve the health and well-being of the serving member.
Stress: Take Charge! (STC) offers a self-directed approach to stress management through self-awareness, behaviour change and skill building. Participants will assess their current level of stress; learn the ACT approach to creating change; discuss a stress management lifestyle involving time management and work/life balance; explore stress management tools, including building resilience; and create a lifestyle action plan.
Stress management is a daily balancing act that has an impact on ones physical and mental well-being.
