Indoor Cycling Class

Join us for a 45min fitness class.  This is a high energy class where it is common to burn 600-800 calories. If you are new to indoor cycling classes, you may be a bit sore the first few times, keep coming back and after a few classes you will understand why they are so popular! Join us for free in June for June is Recreation Month and if we have enough interest, we will continue to offer classes over the summer!
