Join us Wednesday evenings for a 30 minute introduction to Stand Up Paddle board (SUP) fitness and yoga classes. Training on SUP boards challenge your balance and bring a dynamic aspect to your training. Come have fun with us and try out these classes at no cost for June is Recreation Month!
