Join us for Adult Drop-in Fitness Classes at the South Side Gym including: 

Cycle Strength:
A group fitness class that combines the cardio of a spin class and some strength components to round out your workout.  TUESDAYS at 4:30 to 5:30pm. 

Yoga:
A small group yoga class to meet the needs of the participants with the instructor providing a variety of techniques offering the benefits of stretching and relaxation.  WEDNESDAY at 4:30 to 5:30pm.

Costs:
Drop-in rates are $7.08 for the military community or $8.99 for general public.  Save with a Land Fitness Pass, ask today for details!
