Youth Strength and Conditioning Course 13 - 15 years 
Gain a basic understanding of how to use strength training and cardio equipment as well as weight room etiquette. All training is done through Trent Athletics. Upon completion of this program youth under 16 will be permitted to utilize the fitness equipment at the South Side Gym and RecPlex.
