Youth Resiliency Department
This workshop is for youth who are new to the area and interested in meeting new friends! Join a night of fun with games, pizza, snacks and door prizes! Please register below by August 17.
Meet & Mingle
This program provides easy strategies to help children, aged 9 to 12, focus their attention, improve on self-regulation, build resiliency and develop a positive mindset.

Kids Have Stress Too! (for parents)
This program teaches parents and caregivers of children ages 4 to 9 to recognize when children are stressed and teach them ways to cope. You will learn to help your children develop healthy strategies which will help them to adapt, be resourceful, feel confident and become resilient.

This program teaches children between the ages of 4 and 9 healthy strategies to cope with stress using a variety of activities. These strategies will help children to adapt, be resourceful, feel confident and become resilient.

This workshop will teach life skills to youth ages 10-14. Participants will learn simple skills to be healthy, happy, and helpful through physical activity, healthy eating, self-care, and contributing to the community.
