Get involved with your community!
Volunteering leads to personal growth and development, and to community engagement, both of which are key Military Family Service Program (MFSP) goals. Opportunities exist in the U.S. for meaningful volunteer involvement – such as on Advisory Committees of your Regional Military Family Services or as a program Volunteer. Military Family Services United States (MFSUS) supports volunteer leadership involvement through sound volunteer principles and practices incorporated into their services, including: recruitment, screening, training, orientation, evaluation and recognition.
