thinkstock Share: Job Search Resources So now that you have all of your employment documentation in order, all you need to do is find a job. Just like in Canada there are many ways you can go about doing this: Local Employment Agencies, Newspaper Ads, Word of Mouth, Online Agencies such as INDEED, CAREERBUILDER, and MONSTER. Your local U.S. Base also has Family Readiness Centers – such as the Fleet and Family Readiness Center, Airmen Readiness Center, and Army Readiness Center. These locations offer job resources, training classes, career information and much more – free of charge to NATO dependents! You need to have your U.S. Military ID or Dependent ID to access these resources. If you are unsure where to locate one of these centers at your location, contact your MFS Coordinator or the Outreach Coordinator for your state. If you are unsure who that is, find them on our LOCATIONS PAGE. You can also check out more information specific to your base by going to MYBASEGUIDE and selecting the information pages and digital welcome books of the U.S. base closest to you.
