The Valcartier Sports Centre offers a wide range of fitness programs, specialty clinics and courses. 

The following program of activities is primarily for CAF mem-bers. However, activities that are marked with an asterisk are open to Department of National Defence (DND) employees, adult Sports and Recreation Plan members and the entire military community.

A fitness and sports instructor from Personnel Support Programs is assigned to each unit to help design and develop fitness programs and sports activities. Instructors can also help CAF members design personalized programs.
