Fitness Share: Fitness The Valcartier Sports Centre offers a wide range of fitness programs, specialty clinics and courses. The following program of activities is primarily for CAF mem-bers. However, activities that are marked with an asterisk are open to Department of National Defence (DND) employees, adult Sports and Recreation Plan members and the entire military community.
