At this time, you may freely verify the condition of your vehicule, but must book an appointment if you wish to remove your vehicule from the premises. Next supervised hours : Friday, June 12 (9am-12pm), Monday, June 15 (9h-12h), Wednesday, June 17 (3pm-6pm) and Friday, June 19 (9am-12pm). Thank you for understanding.

ALLOCATION OF SPACE AND CONTRACT AGREEMENT
The next contract is for a duration of one year, from October 1 to September 30.
Lots must be requested through the following online Form.
Clients are responsible to ensure their documentation is valid at all times.

RV PARKING PRIORITY

In order to properly fulfill the mandate of parking lots for recreational vehicles and other equipment, priority is given to certain members:

Regular Member
i. Priority
Regular Force members residing in accommodation on the garrison (married quarters or single quarters) Free of charge;
ii. Priority 2   Other Regular Force members;
iii. Priority
3  
Reserve Members with a Class B or C contract of more than 180 days; and
iv. Priority 4 Retired CAF, Veterans Affairs.
Ordinary Member
i. Priority
5
 Current employees of DND, NPF, MFRC, DRDC, CST and DCC;
ii. Priority
6
 Active RCMP Members;
iii. Priority
7
 Retired employees of NPF and CF personnel in receipt of a pension;
iv. Priority
 Retired DND employees in receipt of a pension; and
v. Priority
9  
Retired RCMP members in receipt of a pension.

CONDITIONS OF OCCUPANCY
To obtain and maintain a parking space, the person must meet the following criteria at all times:
  1. Be a person named according to paragraph 3 of the policy (DOA GS 2 DIV CA 3300-1);
  2. Have valid insurance in place for the vehicle; * All types of vehicles must have proof of insurance. If your recreational vehicle does not have a value high enough to have its own insurance (example: a trailer), you must provide us with proof of insurance related to another one of your vehicles that stipulates that this insurance covers your trailer.​
  3. Use the assigned lot with a vehicle that is owned by the applicant or one of its dependents (proof of common residence is required);
  4. Have valid registration;
  5. Provide a copy of your driver's license;  
  6. Keep your lot clean and do not leave anything lying around;
  7. Do not store any petroleum products;
  8. Respect the boundaries of your parking space;
  9. Place all your waste in the appropriate places; and
  10. Ensure the gate is locked when you leave and the keys are returned to the reception desk of the Valcartier Garrison Sports Centre.
Any person who does not comply with these regulations may have the privilege of parking a vehicle in the RV Parking lot withdrawn, without a refund.
RATES
The next contract is for a duration of one year, from October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020. All contract terms are for one year.

CONTRACT SIGNATURE AND PAYMENT
Any person found not to comply with these regulations for the first time will have 24 hours to remedy the situation and will be given a second chance. If they do not comply with the regulations for a second time, they will be asked to leave the premises with their equipment within five days of the second warning.
 
SNOW REMOVAL
Please note that access to the parking lot is limited during the winter period as it is not cleared of snow.
 
ACCESS TO PARKING/KEYS
In order to have access to the parking lot, the person who is responsible for the parking contract, or the person authorized on file, must go to the the Sports Centre reception desk with an ID card. Following verification, the reception staff will provide the parking key.
The key must be returned to the Sports Centre reception desk as soon as possible (same day and during business hours) to accommodate the comings and goings of all cardholders.
