Join WMFRC Mental Health Coordinator Jessica each Tuesday morning starting on 6 April at the WMFRC parking lot for 9:00 AM and lets enjoy a casual walk and talk around base. All fitness levels welcome, children and strollers are welcome to this registered program.
Students are invited to join WMFRC Employment Coordinator Andrée for this virtual workshop providing resources and tips to lock in that summer job. This workshop is open to military spouses and dependents, contact our office before 7 April to register.
Join WMFRC Second Language Coordinator Andrée on the evening of 15 April for Café Conversations live on Zoom. Andrée will provide a guided conversation for those wanting to enhance their second language skills, enjoy Café Franco at 7:00 PM to practice and enhance French, and Café Anglo at 8:00 PM to practice and enhance English. This event is open to military spouses and dependents, please contact our office to register before 4:30 PM on Wednesday 14 April.

Join the WMFRC for a virtual book club meeting! This April we're reading A House in the Sky by Amanda Lindhout, participants can contact the WMFRC and arrange pick-up for a copy of this book to enjoy during the month of April. Meeting will take place via Zoom on Wednesday 5 May at 6:30 PM, call our office for more information.
We are excited to announce a new service being offered at the WMFRC. CAF personnel and their family members are able to book a one-on-one appointment with our Mental Health Coordinator to design an individualized self-care plan. Contact our Mental Health Coordinator Jessica by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and discover how the addition of self-care practices can enhance your everyday life.
The WMFRC is offering the Hold Me Tight program to military and veteran couples, this is a 12 week self-directed virtual program developed by Dr. Sue Johnson.
