Inter-Comm Dealing with Conflict and Improving Communication in Personal Relationships

Do you want to improve communication in your personal relationships? Then you may want to participate in Inter-Comm, a course specifically designed for CAF personnel and their family members who are interested in learning how to deal with conflict and want to increase their ability to communicate more successfully.

Through exercises and coaching, delivered over four sessions by trained facilitators, participants will learn to understand conflict, listen actively and use collaboration and communication to support health and well-being in relationships.

This is not a course on mediation, couple’s therapy or conflict intervention, but rather a course that focuses on improving communication in healthy relationships.

The Manager of Health Promotion partners with the Family Liaison Officer to facilitate this course twice annually where there is demand to do so. Please contact our Health Promotion office for further information.
