Adult Volunteers:

Step 1: Set-up an orientation meeting with the Volunteer Coordinator by calling (780) 842-1363 Ext. 1253 or by email at connection@wainwrightmfrc.ca.
Step 2: Orientation
During the orientation, you will learn about the MFRC and the volunteer’s valued role in the organization. The Volunteer Coordinator will provide a list of volunteer opportunities currently available to choose from.
If you have a current, original copy of your Release of Results of Vulnerable Sector Check form completed by the RCMP and your Alberta Children’s Services Intervention Record Check, please bring them with you. If not, the necessary form to obtain one at no cost will be provided.
Step 3: Return completed paperwork
Once all your paperwork is ready, bring it to the Volunteer Coordinator.
You are now an official MFRC Volunteer and you are ready to start volunteering! The Volunteer Coordinator will contact you to suggest a start date.
