Instructor lead training sessions for 12 weeks on healthy eating, training principles and injury prevention! Blast off the Pounds is designed to equip you with the tools to work out on your own safely and make the right choices leading to a healthy and active life.
- 1 full day followed by twelve 1.5 hour weekly sessions over lunch
Programs are FREE of charge and available to all CAF Members, DND Employees and their adult family members.
