Mental Health Mental Health Support

There are many avenues, both nationally and locally, to access mental health services.  For an extensive list of services and programs specifically available to military members and their families click here:

The North of 60 MFRC also has a Social Worker on our team. The Social Worker provides confidential supportive counselling to military families on an individual, couple or family basis. Services are available to military members on a self referal basis. Our Social Worker is not a Base Social Worker and therefore cannot sign off on any military forms, such as requests for extensions or compassionate posts. For an appointment with the Social Worker please call 867-873-0700 ext. 6844.

To access the CF Member Assistance Program (CFMAP) please call: 1-800-268-7708
