Competitive Team
 
The competitive swimming program is run by PSP fitness instructor, Ashlyn Karosas. The team consists of triathletes and swimmers alike who are currently competitive or have several competitions under their belt in the past. The group trains Monday and Wednesday evenings from 1600-1700 and Friday mornings from 0545-0645. For more information and registration forms please contact ashlyn.karosas@forces.gc.ca.
 
Pre-Competitive Team
 
The pre-competitive program is run by PSP fitness instructor, Ashlyn Karosas. The group is aimed at people who are looking to improve technique and endurance in the water so that swimming can become a valuable piece of their fitness lifestyle. The group trains Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 1145-1245. For more information and registration forms please contact ashlyn.karosas@forces.gc.ca.
 
Freestyle 101 Workshop
 
This workshop aims to improve some technique in the water and gain more comfort in the water. Swimmers will go from swimming only 1-2 lengths at a time to several in a row. They will gain a better overall understanding of what their bodies are doing in the water and pick up tips and drills for continued improvement. The workshop will be programmed and run by fitness instructor, Ashlyn Karosas, and helped out by some of the competitive team members. Dates TBA. Registration will be available ahead of time.
 
Learn-to-Swim Workshop
 
This workshop aims to teach non-swimmers comfort and control in the water. It will focus on survival skills and the Basic Military Swim Standard test. The workshop will be programmed and run by fitness instructor, Ashlyn Karosas, and helped out by some of the competitive team members. Dates TBA. Registration will be available ahead of time.
